  1. This is a very informative article on how to cure acidity naturally. I’ve had some problems with acid reflux in the past but I have it under control now. I learned quite a few new things in this article. I had no idea that having long gaps between meals and stress can contribute to acid reflux disease. I didn’t know that clove and coconut water can neutralize acidity. Do you think any of these remedies will help someone who has a stomach ulcer?

      Though most of the symptoms of stomach ulcer are similar to acid reflux, stomach ulcer is different from acid reflux. There is thick layer of mucus which protects tissues along the stomach lining from acid produced by stomach. When this layer is decreased, this acid depletes these tissues causing ulcer. 

      You can make use of yogurt and cabbage for stomach ulcer. Also include more fiber rich food and vitamin C in your diet.
