  • Add two tablespoons of curd and keep this mixture in an iron bowl overnight.
  • Next day morning apply this paste to your hair and leave it for 2 hours,
  • Wash your hair with water thoroughly. On next day wash your hair again with a mild shampoo. This will help to retain the hair color for a longer period.

Indian Gooseberry

  1. I never thought about gray hair since I thankfully don’t have any even though at my age I could.
    But it’s good to know about these solutions that can cover up the gray.
    Maybe some folks don’t mind having gray hair but I think might not be crazy about it.
    Is there any one of these that would do a better job than the others?

    1. Its nice to hear that you don’t have gray hair yet. The suitability of the remedies which I explained here depends on person to person. For some people henna works well while for others curry leaves. As you’re not having gray strands yet, you can opt for preventive measures such as using curry leaves (chew few curry leaves or use curry leaves oil as explained above) and drinking gooseberry juice. I hope this clarifies your question.
